Sir Paul McCartney, who is 84 years old, was recently seen sporting a man bun while enjoying a vacation in St. Barts with his wife, Nancy Shevell. McCartney is known for trying out different looks, and he has been proudly showing off his natural gray hair since 2018. He keeps his creativity alive by making music, and he recently released an album called McCartney III, which he wrote and recorded during the lockdown. He mentioned that the album came together naturally, without any plan to create one.

“Everyone was cleaning out their closets and getting things done. For me, making an album was like that,” he shared. “I didn’t set out to make an album. I ended up with ten songs and thought, ‘What should I do with these?’ I had no clue I was making an album, so I just recorded those ten tracks.”
When it came to naming the album, McCartney told Elba that calling it McCartney III felt right because it was a solo project and connected to his earlier solo albums, McCartney I and McCartney II. “I realized that since I played on ‘McCartney I’ and ‘McCartney II’ myself, I was following the same style, so this would be ‘McCartney III.’ Then I thought, ‘Okay, now I know what I’m doing.’”
Even at his age, McCartney continues to live life with excitement and creativity. His willingness to try new hairstyles, his commitment to making music, and his ability to adapt show that his spirit is still as lively as ever.
